Cricket coach Kurt Donaldson is a DHS “old boy” with an impressive cricketing history. 
After graduating from the Natal Schools A team in 1991, he played for club sides before making his first-class debut in 1995 with the Dolphins.

He played professionally in the UK for several years and after qualifying as a United Cricked Board of SA coach, he worked for, among others, the KZN Cricket Union as a coach in 2007 and 2008.
His stint as a KZN High Schools coach and head coach of the Shedders Cricket Academy preceded his appointment this year as DHS Director of Cricket.
