Durban High School was full of applause at a recent assembly which saw the announcement of the Grade 11 Mentors for 2016.
The role of the mentors is to be a support in the Grade 8s in their transition from Primary School to High School by giving them advice; assisting them should they need help and encouraging them to get involved in school activities – especially in this our 150th year of existence.
Each representative was chosen through the acknowledgment of each pupil’s commitment to DHS and their show of leadership in school activities and as a whole.
