U18 Team win in Windhoek

SA U18 Sevens Rugby Win Inaugural Festival in Windhoek
Two of our Boys, Sanele Nohama and Pepsi Buthelezi, were selected for the South Africa Sevens U18 team which participated in the inaugural Capricorn Group Seven Rugby Festival at Windhoek Gymnasium on from Friday 3 March to Saturday 4 March 2017.
Sanele and Pepsi were the only members of the team from KZN and Sanele was selected as Vice Captain of the team.

Participating teams in the Festival were: SA U18, SA All-Stars U18, Botswana U18, Zambia U18, Germany U18 and the hosts Namibia U18.
The SA team beat Namibia U18 45-0 in the Final on Saturday, to win the Festival.
The SA All Stars team came third after beating Germany 33-7 in the bronze medal playoff match.
Botswana beat Zambia 19-12 in the fifth position play-off.
In earlier group matches:
South Africa beat Zambia 66-0, Germany 48-0, Namibia 35-24, Botswana 59-0 and SA All Stars 28-0.
Namibia beat Botswana 38-0, Zambia 40-0, SA All Stars 19-14 and Germany 33-10.
