Mr Pinheiro tenure as Head Master of DHS has been welcomed by both the boys and staff team.
His inaugural speech on Tuesday 18 April 2017, clearly, spelt out his vision for ‘School’. He explained in particular, the values that both the pupils and the staff would need to embrace, as the school moves forward into an exciting future.
There is undoubtedly a new spring in the step of all at DHS and the 1st XV Rugby Team led from the front on Saturday 22 April 2017, with an excellent 29 – 24 win over Michaelhouse. In addition, the discipline displayed by both teams ensured that rugby was indeed the winner on the day.
This Thursday sees the 1st XV Rugby team play against Brandweg at the Grey High Festival in PE, whilst on Saturday they play Jeppe High at the same festival.
