Congratulations to Phendulani Buthelezi, Old Boy, and Head Prefect in 2017, who was today named as a member of the Junior Springboks’ 43-man squad to take part in a four-day training camp in Stellenbosch from 20 to 23 February.
The camp will be the first of three to take place in Stellenbosch, the last of which will finish on 30 March.

The Junior Boks will also play five international friendlies against Georgia (twice), Scotland, Wales and England in the buildup to the U20 Championship.
Well done, Pepsi, we are SO super proud of you! Horsefly ’til I die …

Pepsi has had a good week as he also featured in an article in the Sharks online magazine, Sharks Uncaged.
He was signed up by the Sharks last year while he was still at school.  It is a great article on him. To quote the last line from the article: “Physically imposing, technically astute and one of the Sharks most lethal weapons in open play, it would be a brave man who would bet against Pepsi Buthelezi becoming a permanent feature in the Cell C Sharks jersey for years to come.”

The rest of the article is well worth a read …
