Congratulations to our Deputy Head Prefect, Celimpilo Gumede, who has been selected by The Elite Player Development Department of the South African Rugby Union, and National selectors, to attend a Trial Camp at the Stellenbosch Sport Academy from 18 to 21 March 2018.
His selection is a testament to his abilities and we are extremely proud of him.
Celimpilo is a double SA representative, having been selected for SA in both 15-man and 7-man Rugby.
He may be off to Stellenbosch next weekend, but this weekend he is participating in the Windhoek International 7s Tournament being held at Windhowke Gymnasium Private School on 9 and 10 March, representing the SA U18 Academy squad.
Celimpilo will be adding international experience to the squad as he represented SA at the same tournament in Windhoek last year. The tournament features six teams, including Namibia, Germany, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zambia.
