The Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards programme celebrates the success of learners taking Cambridge examinations in over 40 countries and recognises exceptional student performances around the world. Cambridge places learners at the centre of their international education programmes and qualifications which are inspired by the best in educational thinking.
The following DHS learners received High Achievement awards for Cambridge International Mathematics, obtaining between 90-95%:
Adam Mohamed – Grade 11 IGCSE

Adam and Naseem will be presented with their Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards at Assembly on Monday 22 July.
The Head Master, Mr A D Pinheiro, said that the awards recognised the talent, dedication and commitment of both learners and staff.
Mrs Carolyn Dickinson, Head of the Cambridge Academy at Durban High School, said: “It is extremely rewarding to congratulate Cambridge learners and teachers at DHS who have worked so hard to achieve tremendous success in Cambridge IGCSE examinations.
