The young men of Blackmore’s thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful dinner provided by Peppers & Pans, as well as an entertaining speech by the Guest Speaker, Mr Jeremy Oddy.
Mr Edwin Govender, the Senior House Master, then shared a thought providing speech with the boarders, while Mr Ardé was asked to tell a story of two of his professional soccer days with African Wanderers Soccer Club.
The Head Prefect, Xhanti Njokweni, then made his farewell speech on behalf of all the exiting Grade 12s, who all received tokens of appreciation from the House.
Entertainment was also provided by the FAB4 ‐ all boarders of the House who performed a number of musical items for the audience. Quincy Hitler, the new 2020 School Head Prefect who is a member of Blackmore House, led the talented group of performers who entertained all in attendance.
