SWIMMING
TOP 8 GALA
The DHS Swimming Team took part in the KZN Top Schools Gala held at Clifton in rainy conditions on 18 February.
This is a prestigious event and is the only gala where all the KZN Schools compete solely against each other. The boys were adamant not to finish in last place, where they ended in 2019.
They performed brilliantly. From the first event, it was evident that they were focused and determined to do well. In the end they secured two first placings; nine second placings and four fourth placings.
