People often hear or talk about the DHS family. The core component of this family has always been the commitment of our mothers to School and their involvement.
Along with our Mother’s Committee, we also have a Moms Who Pray group. Today was the start of the Final Examinations for our Matric students, and our Moms Who Pray took the time to create Care Packs for every single Matric student. A further delight for our Matrics is that NewBridge College had the same idea as our Moms, and created Care Packs of their own for our boys!
We would like to thank both NewBridge and our Moms Who Pray group for your special gestures! The reaction from our Matrics this morning said it all!
DHS would also like to celebrate and give thanks to our wonderful Mothers Committee. The DHS Mothers Committee recently held their final get together for 2022 to reflect on their incredible achievements for the year.
As a little memento of our appreciation each mother was presented with a gift on behalf of DHS. Our mothers truly are the heart and soul of DHS and we simply cannot thank them enough for the invaluable contributions they make for School every single day.
